As part of the Future VET Skills project, SIS Middle East collaborates with key partners (Ghabbour Foundation | BildungsWerkstatt Chemnitz | Technova College) to enhance the capabilities of trainers and teachers in Egyptian vocational schools. The goal is to equip them with the technical and soft skills essential for the jobs of the future in the automotive industry, aligning with Industry 4.0 and globalization demands.
Our mission is to empower a new generation of automotive technicians in Egypt while addressing the growing demand in the European market. This includes skill development in areas such as E-mobility, programming, robotics, Industry 4.0, cognitive abilities, self-leadership, entrepreneurship, and digital skills.
The project focuses on bridging the gap in Egyptian vocational schools by providing trainers with highly sought-after soft and technical skills. Additionally, we equip them with modern teaching methods and tools to enhance knowledge transfer, increase learner motivation, and improve the overall learning experience.
